Applying for a grant​
​To request funding, please fill in and submit the online application form below.

Supporting documentation
Please also provide the following information about your organization. You may attach files to your online application or email them as attachments to the St. Andrew's Society office at [email protected]:

1. a brief description of your organization’s membership and constituency;
2. a brief history of your organization (including, but not limited to, the date the organisation was created, its objectives, mandate and accomplishments);
3. the make-up of your organization’s Board of Directors;
4. information about the project, the need(s) it will address, and who will benefit from it;
5. an explanation of how the project will help further the purpose of the St. Andrew’s Society of Montreal;
6. and, the project’s budget, indicating the amount being requested from the St Andrew’s Society and other sources and amounts of anticipated revenue.

Applications are enhanced by the inclusion of current financial statements, the most recent annual report, and a copy of the applicant’s letters patent. Letters of support may also be included.
